How to apply for a loan?
To submit an online application for debt settlement in CreditAssociates, the client needs to:
Click on the "Get Started" button;
Enter your name, phone number, email, and state of residence;
Click on the "Get Started" button again;
Enter your residential address, date of birth, and SSN;
Come up with a password;
Answer the 3 security questions correctly to identify the identity;
Enter the amount of debt;
Fill out what kind of loan the client wants to settle;
Enter how many monthly payments the client missed;
Briefly describe the current situation in a special input field.
Requirements
To be qualified for the debt settlement program, the client must meet these criteria:
Their loan must be in the amount of at least $10,000.
The client must have financial hardship: a situation where they cannot repay the loan.
They must have funds for monthly program payments.
The client must delay payment on the loan for several months.
They must have unsecured debt, medical debt, or business debt.
The client must not reside in Colorado, Connecticut, Minnesota, Maryland, Vermont, or Wyoming.
Application details
The borrower must consult the company's manager after applying for a debt settlement. This is necessary so that an employee understands the client's situation in detail and immediately begins to look for solutions to problems. To get a complete picture of the situation, a CreditAssociates employee may ask the client to upload some documents related to the loan. A CreditAssociates employee needs to know all the terms of the loan and all the agreements between the lender and the borrower. These documents can be:
Personal Guarantee Form
Board Resolution
Loan Offer Letter.
