How to register an account

To begin, navigate to the homepage and look for the Online Banking section;

After entering your date of birth, you will be prompted to enter your card number and the expiration date;

The next step is to click CONTINUE;

Your One-Time Password will be delivered to your mobile device in the form of a text message as soon as it is generated;

In the box provided, type the code, and then click the CONTINUE button;

Choose a user ID for yourself, followed by entering your selected password twice for verification;

When you are ready, click the "I Agree" button after reading the Terms and Conditions.
How to reset a password
To reset your password with Citibank account, follow these steps:

On your My Citi dashboard, locate the link labeled "My Profile" and choose it.

Select "Citi Online Preferences", then "Change Password" from the menu that appears.

After you have entered both your current and new passwords and clicked "Continue", your current password will be changed to the new one immediately.
How to delete an account
To shut down an account, all you need to do is get in touch with your account manager or a documentation specialist to go over the steps and receive a checklist and request form for closing the account.
Complete the Account Closure Form by entering your information in all of the fields. You can clear the balance on the account by transferring money through CitiDirect.
