Securing the loan was straightforward with manageable monthly payments, and the interest rate was reasonable considering my low credit score.

Cons

Their lack of responsiveness and failure to return calls is highly unprofessional. Moreover, they mismanage additional principal payments by treating them as regular payments and unjustly charge interest. Despite requests, they neither provided information through mail nor exhibited willingness to assist. I am now exploring refinancing options for my solar and have resolved to avoid using their services in the future.

Zero stars. After several months of arguing that I needed to know payment information, agents insisted that we had paid off the balance in full. They were hostile and would not help. Then we got a whopper of a bill with four times the interest rate because we didn’t pay off in time.
