How to apply for a loan?
The first way to borrow money from a Cash App is by calling their customer service number. All you have to do is dial their toll-free number and follow the instructions provided to you by the assistant.
In order to apply for a loan online, do the following:
- Open any web browser and go to Cash.me app;
- In the lower-left corner, click on your account balance;
- Look for "Borrow up to..." in the Banking section after being sent there;
- You lack access if you can't find it. If so, you are unable to obtain a loan;
- Click on "Unlock" You can borrow between $20 and $200 with Cash App, depending on how frequently you deposit money;
- If you are ready to take a loan, carefully read the Borrow Loan Agreement and accept it.
Requirements
You should be 18 years of age and older, a US or UK citizen or permanent resident, have an active bank account, and a reliable source of income in order to be eligible for a Cash App loan.
To borrow money from CashApp, the applicant should provide the following information:
- Personal information, including the full name and date of birth;
- Employment information, including income details;
- Contact information;
- Social Security Number (SSN);
- Consent to Borrow Loan Agreement. Read it carefully before signing to avoid unexpected fees.
Application details
As with many other online financial services, money will be available within 1-3 business days. Also, the amount of a loan totally depends on the amount of money the client deposits. If you make at least $1,000 a month in deposits to your Cash App account, you can get the $200 maximum loan amount.
If you are eligible and provide all the information above properly, there could be two main reasons for rejection. Firstly, Cash App loans may not be available in your state. Secondly, your credit score may be too low.
