How to download the app?

For iOS users

To download the app to iPhone requires iOS no earlier than version 13.0. The macOS version must be 11.0 or later. Go to the company's mobile app website and click "Install the app". Immediately after installing the application, they will prompt you to create an account. If you already have one, click "I already have an account".

For Android users

Android users can also download the app. You should go to the company's mobile app website and click "Install the app". After installing the application, you will have to create an account. If you already have one, click the appropriate field.

How to add an external card?

You can add an external bank card to your B9 account. 

  1. Log into your account;

  2. Access the “Cards” tab;

  3. Click “Add New Card” at the bottom;

  4. Click Continue and fill in your card’s information;

  5. Click “Save this Card”.

B9 allows you to add a maximum of 2 debit cards from external banks. These can be Visa, MasterCard, or American Express cards. 

How to close an account?

If you want to close your account with B9, ensure to remove your direct deposit:

  1. Open the B9 mobile app;

  2. Access your profile;

  3. Tap the “Manage your Direct Deposit” button;

  4. Select Online Deposit Switch and Continue;

  5. Press the button at the top next to the “Your Connections” and select the “Revoke Access”.

You can also delete your deposit from the “Manage your Direct Deposit” tab. B9 advises you to notify your employer and update your paycheck allocation.

How to delete the app?

If you want to delete the app, you can do it at any time. However, you can't delete your B9 account without connecting to the company. According to the Terms of the company, B9 may reject your request. This applies if your B9 account is in poor condition and also if the balance on your account is negative.

How do I add money to my B9 account?

There are several ways you can add money to your B9 account. You can set up the deposit of your salary to your B9 account, top up your account instantly with any US debit card, get a transfer instantly from another B9 participant, or get ACH transfer to the B9 account (it will take up to 72 working hours).

Yes, you can upload documents. The company may require this or that document for various reasons, and you will have to download it.

How do I close my B9 account?

You can close your B9 account by connecting to the company. To do this, your B9 account shouldn't be in poor condition. You also can't have the negative balance on your B9 account if you want to delete it.
