How to register an account?
Before you can do anything, you must register an account with BetterMed. You cannot apply for a loan unless you have an account with them. This is because they conduct a thorough interview before even allowing you to apply for a loan. Note that creating an account is as time-consuming as applying for a loan.
To create an account with BetterMed, carefully follow the procedures outlined below:
First of all, you have to visit the BetterMed website at https://bettermed.com/. You must do everything through the website to be sure that you are on the right track.
Look at the top right-hand side of the website and click on Log in.
You will not log in since you do not yet have an account with the company. Scroll down and click on the email address you see at the part saying Not part of BetterMed? Email [email protected] to find out more.
Your system will ask you to choose the application you want to open the email address with and select your favorite email address sending the application.
Send BetterMed an email telling them that you want to be a member. You will be asked some questions to which you must provide legit answers.
You will be issued a unique username and password if everything goes well.
You can now use these details to log into your BetterMed account. It is advisable to change your password on the first login.
How to delete an account?
To delete an account with BetterMed, log in to your BetterMed account, select My account, and then Delete my account. You will be led to an email address; send an email to this address explaining why your account is being deleted. If your explanation is valid, your account will be deactivated immediately.
