Bank of America pay off guide

Go to the Bank of America website and log in with your Online ID and Passcode.

Once logged in, click on the “Pay & Transfer” tab at the top of the page.

Click on “Pay Bills” to go to the bill payment section.

If you need to pay a new company or individual, click “Add a Company or Person” and enter the required information. You can also search for existing payees to select one.

Choose the account you want to pay from, enter the payment amount and select the delivery date. If you want to set up recurring payments for regular bills, click “AutoPay”.

Review the payment details, including the amount and delivery date, and then click “Make Payments”.

Once you submit, you’ll get a confirmation that your payment was scheduled. You can print or save this confirmation for your records.

Open the Bank of America Mobile Banking app on your phone and log in with your Online ID and Passcode.

Tap on the “Pay & Transfer” option at the bottom of the screen.

Tap on “Pay Bills” to go to the bill payment section.

Select the bill you want to pay from your list of saved payees. If you need to add a new payee, tap on “Add a Company or Person” and enter the required information.

Choose the account you want to pay from, enter the payment amount and select the delivery date. For recurring payments, select the frequency that suits your schedule.

You can add a note to the payment if needed for your records.

Review all the payment details and tap “Pay”.

Once you confirm the payment, you’ll get a confirmation message. You can save, print or email this confirmation for your records.

Log in to your Bank of America online banking account and go to the Bill Pay section.

If you’re paying from an account at another bank, click on the “Manage Pay To/Pay From Accounts” link within the Bill Pay menu. Then click on the “Add Pay From Account” button.

Follow the prompts to enter the required information for the account you’re paying from. This includes your other bank’s 9-digit routing number and your account number. Make sure the information is accurate so transactions go smoothly.

After entering the account information, Bank of America may require you to verify the Pay From account through a verification process. This could be a small deposit amounts or other verification methods.

Enter the payment amount, date and any other payment details. Review everything to make sure it’s accurate.

Review all the payment details and then confirm and schedule the payment. Bank of America will process the payment on the scheduled date and transfer funds from your account at the other bank to your Bank of America credit card account.

Use the ATM locator on the Bank of America website or mobile app to find a Bank of America ATM near you.

Insert your Bank of America ATM or debit card into the ATM and enter your PIN.

From the menu options on the ATM screen, select “Make a Payment” or “Bill Pay”.

Select the type of payment you want to make. This could be credit card payments, loan payments or utility bill payments.

Follow the prompts to enter the payment details. This will include the payee, the account you’re paying from and the payment amount.

Review the payment details on the screen to make sure it’s correct then confirm the payment.

After the payment is processed, the ATM will give you an option to print a receipt. Take the receipt for your records.
