Bank of America Mobile Banking is a service from Bank of America that lets you bank on the go with your smartphone or tablet. You can manage your accounts, pay bills, transfer funds, deposit checks and more from your mobile device.
To use Bank of America Mobile Banking you’ll need to download the Bank of America app which is available for iOS and Android. Once downloaded you can log in with your Bank of America online banking credentials or enroll in online banking if you haven’t already.

How to Download BOA App?
Go to the app store on your mobile device. If you have an iPhone, go to the Apple App Store. If you have an Android device, go to the Google Play Store.
Search for “Bank of America Mobile Banking” in the search bar and select the correct app from the list.
Tap “Install” to start the download.
Once downloaded open the app and log in or enroll in online banking.
How to Apply in the App?
Download and install the Bank of America Mobile Banking app from the App Store or Google Play Store if you haven’t already.
Open the app and log in with your Bank of America Online Banking credentials.
If this is your first time using the app you may be prompted to enroll in Online Banking first. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the enrollment process.
Once you’re signed in you’ll be taken to the main menu. Tap the “More” button on the bottom right of the screen.
Under “Account Services” tap “Settings & Help”.
Scroll down to the “Mobile Settings” section and tap “Enroll in Mobile Banking”.
Follow the prompts to enroll in Mobile Banking, including accepting the Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions.
Once you’ve completed the enrollment process you’ll be able to access all the features of the Bank of America Mobile Banking app.
How to Pay Through the App?
Open the Bank of America Mobile Banking app and log in.
From the main menu tap “Bill Pay”.
Select the account you want to use to pay from.
Choose the payee you want to pay from your list of payees. If the payee is not in your list of payees you can add them by tapping the “Add Payee” button.
Enter the payment amount and payment date.
Review the payment details to make sure they’re correct.
Tap “Make Payment”.
Bill Pay requires a Bank of America checking account and Online Banking. Some payments may take a few days to process so make sure to schedule your payments ahead of the due date to avoid late fees.
Once you’ve made a payment you can view it in your payment history. You can also set up automatic payments for recurring bills which will save you time and make sure you never miss a payment.
How to Delete an App?
For iOS
Find the app you want to uninstall on your home screen.
Press and hold the app icon until all the apps on the screen start shaking.
Tap the small “x” icon in the top left corner of the app icon.
Tap “Delete” to confirm you want to delete the app.
App will be deleted from your device.
For Android
Go to the home screen and find the app you want to uninstall.
Tap and hold the app icon until a menu appears.
Tap “Uninstall” or “Remove from Device”.
Tap “OK” to confirm you want to delete the app.
App will be deleted from your device.
Deleting the app will remove it from your device but will not delete your account or information associated with the app. To delete your account or information associated with the app you’ll need to do that through the app’s settings or website.
