How to register an account?
You may create an account with Balboa Capital by:
Going to the company's official website and selecting the "Login" option that is located on the homepage of the site.
Click on the “Register Here” button.
Provide your customer or vendor number, billing ZIP, and email address.
Click Register and verify your account.
Features
With a Balboa Capital account, you can always:
Check on, change, and print information about your company's funding agreement.
Your account manager at Balboa Capital will be there to answer questions and help you close the sale.
You may generate estimates and conduct sales reports with this cloud-based system.
How to reset a password?
If you've forgotten your password, you can easily get it back by:
Going to the Login page;
Clicking on the “Forgot password” button;
Entering the email address you used to sign up and your customer or vendor number.
The loan provider will send instructions on how to change your password to the provided email.
How to delete an account?
If you'd like to cancel your account, get in touch with customer care at +1 (800) 280-5624 or [email protected]. You can opt for deletion only if you do not currently have any debt left. In case you still owe Balboa Capital, first pay off the entire loan.
