How to register an account?
The user does not traditionally register their account. When applying for a loan, the borrower enters an email into the application form. Each time they log in to their account, they need to:
- Click on the "Login" button
- Enter an email
- Follow the link in the email.

- Supplement an existing loan application
- Securely upload the documents
- Have access to credit offers from different lenders
- Submit a new application for a loan or refinancing.
How to reset a password?
When registering an account, the user does not come up with a password since the account is logged in by clicking on a unique link in the email. The link is only active for 24 hours. This ensures account security, as AUTOPAY generates a new link for each new login. The user will not have to reset the password. If the login link is inactive, they just need to request a new one.
How to delete an account?
The user's personal data is protected from being accessed by third parties. If the borrower still wants to protect themselves and delete the account with personal data on the AUTOPAY website, they need to seek help from the company's Help Center. This can be done by email or by calling a phone number.
