How to register an account?
Click the "Sign into our Payment Portal" or the "Make a payment" buttons. You will be asked if you need a billing account online. If you want to sign up, click "Enroll Now". You should provide your account number, enrollment token, and email and create a password. You will receive an email to verify your account.
You can locate your enrollment token on your bill's bottom left. The token is a series of capital letters.

Through a personal account with Aqua Finance, you can manage your loan online. In particular, the company has a payment portal. You will be receiving email notifications for the bills and be able to view your payment history.
How to reset a password?
There is an option to reset not only the password but also the prompt you can follow if you forget your account number.
In case you forgot your password, go to the Payment Portal and click "Did you forget your Password?". You will need to enter your account number and click "Email Password to Me". The new password will be generated automatically and sent to you.
If you forgot your Account Number, click the "Did you forget your Account Number?". You will need to provide your email address. You will receive an email from the company with the instructions.
How to delete an account?
To be able to delete your account from Aqua Finance, you need to request deletion from customer service. Call the company during business hours.
