The service was exceedingly slow. The employee took an inordinate amount of time to process my request, making the over 20-minute wait at the window for what should have been a 2-minute process very uncomfortable. The employee seemed to dawdle throughout. Extremely disappointed with the experience.

Despite being informed multiple times that they had the incorrect number, the calls from them persisted. We have been long-standing customers at a different address. It's essential that employees are trained to verify numbers prior to making calls and to refrain from calling again once notified about a wrong number.

I encountered a lengthy line and endured a 35-minute wait just to process a money order. I'd prefer paying a dollar elsewhere to avoid such a delay. The employees lacked basic courtesy, not even offering a greeting, and there was no clear indication of where the line started. The manager seemed to be in a terrible mood. I won't be returning to this place. They seriously need to hire more staff, as this was my second visit and the experience was frustratingly identical to the first.

The Amscot store manager inquired about my place of employment, a question I found to be quite intrusive. Following my response, he proceeded to share that he once worked at the same financial institution I am employed at, quitting due to the unsatisfactory pay. I found his remarks to be entirely out of line, especially coming from a service provider to a customer. The level of professionalism displayed was truly disappointing, deterring me from ever returning to this location.
