Bank Account. For California consumers, an active personal checking account open for at least one month is required.

Not Be in a Bankruptcy. You must not be involved in an active bankruptcy case or planning to file for one.

Not a Member of the Army. This applies to those serving on active duty under a call or order that does not specify a period of 30 days or fewer, as well as members of the reserves (including National Guard) on active duty, or dependents of such members.
