I've had two instances where Ace took their payment out earlier than expected, resulting in a $35 overdraft fee each time. When I called to address this issue, they claimed it was scheduled for the 1st, not the 3rd. However, this contradicts their previous practice of withdrawing it on the 3rd. Given this inconsistency, I would strongly advise against using Ace's services.

This place requires payments every 10 days instead of aligning with a regular payday schedule, which can be quite inconvenient. What's even worse is that when you reach out to them to request a change in your due date, they're uncooperative and unhelpful. My experience with them has been one of the most frustrating and unpleasant encounters I've had.

My interactions with this company haven't been very positive, even though the staff is genuinely friendly. The check-cashing rates are just too high. Paying $53 to cash a $1,381 check feels excessive. I could understand fees in the range of $20-30, but this fee seems exorbitant. I work diligently for my money, and it's disheartening to see hardworking people like me being charged such high fees, especially when every dollar matters.

This company is blatantly violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Initially, they hounded me daily with calls from unidentified numbers until I insisted they stop, which I documented on a recorded line. I informed them of my intention to repay the outstanding balance of the predatory loan they had issued.
However, their response was troubling. Instead of abiding by our agreement, they engaged another company to contact not only me but also my family, using misleading phone numbers. Furthermore, they left me threatening voicemails, alleging that they were preparing to file a lawsuit. This, despite the fact that I had demonstrated my intent to repay the loan by visiting one of their branches a month ago, only to be turned away due to their malfunctioning card system. I believe they can verify this with their surveillance footage.
To compound matters, the information they've recorded on the contract, including my email address, is inaccurate. They are making baseless accusations of fraud without providing any evidence. At a time when I've been grappling with financial hardships and just welcomed a child into my family, I was finally ready to settle the remaining balance. However, they've hit me with these unfounded allegations.
