How to Download the ACE Cash Express App?
For iOS
Open the App Store. Unlock your iOS device and find the App Store icon. Tap on it to open the App Store.
Search for "ACE Elite". In the search bar at the bottom of the screen, type "ACE Elite" and tap the search button.
Select the ACE Elite App. From the search results, find the ACE Elite app. It should have the ACE Elite logo. Tap on the app to view its details.
Download the App. Tap the "Get" button next to the ACE Elite app. You may be prompted to enter your Apple ID password or use Face ID/Touch ID to confirm the download.
Open the App. Once the app has been downloaded and installed, tap "Open" to launch the ACE Elite app. You can also find it on your home screen.

How to Apply in the ACE Cash Express App?
You cannot apply for a loan through the ACE Cash Express app, as it is designed solely for managing your prepaid ACE card. To apply for a loan, you need to visit the ACE Cash Express website and follow the online application process. The app is useful for checking your card balance, viewing transaction history, and managing your prepaid card funds, but all loan applications must be completed through the website.
How to Make Payments Through the ACE Cash Express App?
You can only repay your ACE prepaid card through the ACE Cash Express app. The app offers various features to manage your card, including enrolling in Direct Deposit, loading checks to your card with Mobile Check Load, setting up bank transfers, depositing your tax refund, and visiting an ACE Cash Express store to add money or cash. These functionalities help you efficiently manage and repay your prepaid card balance using the app.
How to Delete ACE Cash Express App?
For iOS
Locate the ACE Elite App. Find the ACE Elite app on your home screen.
Tap and Hold the App Icon. Press and hold the ACE Elite app icon until all the app icons start to jiggle.
Tap the "Remove App" Option. A small menu will appear above the app icon. Tap "Remove App."
Confirm Deletion. Tap "Delete App" in the confirmation prompt that appears.
Finalize the Deletion. Confirm the deletion once more if prompted. The app will be removed from your device.
For Android
Locate the ACE Elite App. Find the ACE Elite app icon on your home screen or in the app drawer.
Tap and Hold the App Icon. Press and hold the ACE Elite app icon until a menu appears or the icon starts to move.
Drag the App to the Uninstall Area. Drag the app icon to the "Uninstall" option that appears at the top or bottom of the screen.
Confirm Uninstallation. A confirmation prompt will appear. Tap "OK" or "Uninstall" to confirm.
Finalize the Uninstallation. The app will be removed from your device.
