How to register an account?
UnionBank online is a banking service that allows you to do financial transactions from your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or personal computer. There is UnionBank online login for business and private transactions. Below are a few things you can do when you log in to UnionBank online:
Open an account:
You can open a bank account online in minutes using the app or the web. Provide an ID, take a selfie, and you'll have a UnionBank account in minutes.
You can also select from a range of savings accounts suitable for your lifestyle and do not require a minimum amount to be maintained.
You can order a card, have it delivered to your door, and activate it through the app or web.
Send money. You can transfer funds to another UnionBank account and any other local bank.
Deposit check. Clear a check without going to the bank by photographing it from your app or the web.
Spend tracker. You can keep track of your spending when you log in to UnionBank online from the bank app or website.
Set goals. You can set a savings goal when you log in to UnionBank online.
Pay bills. You can pay over 150 billers without having to enroll. Select it from the list of billers, enter your account information, and pay. You may also remember the biller account credentials you frequently use on your app so that you don't have to put them in again the next time you need to pay.
Load up. UnionBank online enables you to purchase load not only for yourself but also for others. Enter the target recipient's cell phone number. You may also make this phone number one of your favorites.
To register for Internet Banking, you will need your account or card information and customer information. Follow the steps below to register.
Visit the UnionBank website and click on Login at the top right side of the screen.
Choose between business login and personal login.
If you chose business login, follow the steps below:
Go down and click on Sign up now since you do not have an account.
Here you have to choose between the three options. Choose if you already have a business account. You want to enrol online if you do not have a business account yet (this will lead you to a page you can, first of all, create one), or you have an existing application you are yet to finish.
On the next page, click on get started.
Read through the privacy policy and tick the two boxes if you agree. Click on Submit.
Enter your company information on the next page, and click Next when done.
Enter the business account details on this page and click Next when done.
Select the allowed business transaction for this account and click on Next when done.
Enter your personal information. You'll be instructed to confirm your details and complete the application if the application is successful.
If you chose personal login, follow the steps below:
Go down and click on Sign up now since you do not have an account.
Choose whether you already have a UnionBank account or want to open a new one. If it is the latter, you'll be redirected to a page where you can create a new personal account.
Read through the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. Click on Accept if you do.
Choose how you want to sign up. Several ways to sign up include ATM cards, prepaid and credit cards, accounts, etc.
Enter the details of the method of sign-up you chose. Check the CAPTCHA and click on Next.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your enrollment.
How to restore access to UnionBank online account?
If you forgot your user ID or password, you could restore access to your account by following the steps below:
Visit the UnionBank website and click on Login.
Click on Forgot my user ID or password.
On the next page, choose the exact login detail you forgot, or both.
For password:
Click on Forgot my password.
Enter your user ID or email address on the provided box to retrieve your password.
Follow the onscreen instructions to recover your password.
For user ID:
Click on Forgot my user ID.
To retrieve your user ID, enter your email address in the provided box.
Follow the onscreen instructions to retrieve your user ID.
There is also an option to retrieve your account through an active bank account:
Click on Recover using my UnionBank account.
Select the medium you want to retrieve your account. It could be through prepaid cards, account numbers, ATM cards, credit cards, etc.
How to delete an account
You may request the termination of online services, including your accounts, by contacting customer care. They take at least 10 banking days to process your request.
