How to register an account on Unacash?
You may create an account using the app, which allows you to have all your loan information centralized in one place. You will also be required to provide a password that you will be using to access your personal account.
You may register at Unacash when applying for the first loan. Follow these steps:
- Download the Unacash app from Google Play (if you use Android) or App Gallery (if you use Huawei) and open it.
- Enter your phone number and wait for an OTP notification.
- After confirmation, enter a 4-digit PIN that you will be using whenever you want to access your personal account. You can also create a biometric log in to make logging back in easier.
- Click on Unacash limit.You will see the list of all the documents you can use. Choose the one you have and click Next.
- Fill out the PEP declaration form and click on Confirm.
- Provide your personal information (name, mother's maiden name, mobile number, date and place of birth, email, geder, civil status, source of funds, nationality) and click on Next.
- Provide your address and click on Next.
- Provide your emergency contact and click on Next.
- Take a clear photo of yourself (you may reshoot it if needed right in the app) and click on Next.
- Choose the type of ID you have and take a clear photo of it. Fill in your ID number and click on Next.
- You will be offered an online calculator. Choose the amount you need and click on Request money.
- Provide the information on your job (monthly income, company name, position, and industry). Click on Next.
- Take a photo of your proof of income document. Click on Send application.
- You will receive the decision within 24 hours.
How to reset a password on Unacash?
You have to contact customer support for a password change. They are prompt and effective so you will get help within a short time.
