How to apply?
The TendoPay App, accessible on Google Play, can be used to apply for a loan.
- Install the TendoPay application and sign up with your Facebook/Gmail, a valid ID from the Philippines, and an active mobile number.
- Upload a clear image of your address verification. The address on the paper must be the same as the address you use for online orders.
- Using the valid ID you provided, take a selfie.
- Upload a clear photo of your income proof.
- Answer the security questions and click on Submit. You will hear back from the company via email with your application status within a day. If your application is approved, you can start shopping.
Requirements
To apply for an online loan, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide an authorized government-issued ID card (passport/unified ID (UMID)/driver's license/SSS ID/PRC (Professional Regulation Commission)/postal ID/Philippine Identification ID/voter's ID are the accepted government identification);
- Provide a valid mobile number in the Philippines;
- Upload a selfie with your government-issued ID (please, ensure the selfie is clicked in a well-lit environment. Hold the government ID close to your face. The image must be crystal clear);
- Provide proof of income. You'll need a pay stub no more than two months old if you're employed. Bank statements for the last two years are required if you're self-employed or own a business.
Application details
TendoPay will contact you within one business day after completing and submitting your application. Make sure you submit your online application by 6:00 p.m. since applications received after that time are processed the next day. All applications received after 8:00 a.m. on Sunday are processed on Tuesday, with all the Monday applications. This allows their credit team to thoroughly evaluate the information you've provided and deliver more accurate credit evaluations for your application. TendoPaymust double-check the accuracy of the personal and financial information you enter. If the entered information can't be substantiated, it could lead to delays or rejection.
