New borrowers must first register an account before accessing SAVii loan products. Registering an account is a straightforward process. Employees and employers can sign up online on the company’s website. You can follow this procedure when applying for an account:
- Go to the SAVii online registration platform
- Click Signup
- Click on Find your company
- Select your company from the dropdown menu (remember you are only eligible for a loan if your company is listed)
- Click Get Started!
- Select a loan product you would like to take (Salary Loan, Free Insurance)
- Click Apply
- You will be directed to a page where you can now Create an Account
- Enter your personal and contact details (name, mobile phone number and email)
- Click Next
- Verify your phone number by entering the OTP code sent to your number
- Verify your Email
- Complete account creation process
- Wait for approval
How to reset a password on SAVii?
If you forget your password, follow these steps:
- Open your browser. Ensure you have stable Internet.
- Go to Log in page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter the same email address you used when creating your account.
You will receive an email instructing you how to reset your password. After resetting it, log in to your account with the new password.
How to delete an account on SAVii?
To delete your account, contact SAVii via email or chat with an expert using the company’s Help Center page to guide you on how to disable your account. Once your account is disabled, you will receive a notification in your email confirming account deletion.
