When you sign up for a Robinsons Bank account, you can open a branchless account using the RBank digital app, a new smartphone app from Robinsons Bank. You can use your smartphone to open a RBank digital account anywhere. Robinsons Bank significantly improved its mobile banking system to make its business run more efficiently. Customers can now receive funds or payments using their registered cellphone number instead of giving their bank account number through a new feature on the RBank digital app.

You can also receive money via an RBank digital-registered email address by logging into the RBank digital app, selecting More, and selecting the Send/Receive through mobile or email option under the Other services menu. Robinsons Bank has advanced its banking systems to allow its customers to conduct transactions online, thriving in our fast-paced environment.

How to register on RBank digital app

Applicants must be enrolled in Robinsons online banking to be able to use the RBank digital application. Follow the steps that were given earlier on how to register on RBank digital, then log in using the following steps:

Download the RBank digital app
Enter your RBank digital username and password.
Click on Log in after inputting your username and password to access the app.

Features

The software was created with your convenience in mind. Robinsons Bank offers a completely customized mobile banking app. This app includes banking tools such as balance inquiry, bill payment, and funds transfer capabilities, as well as practical services such as load buying and sending, branch locator, and rate checking on your phone. In the RBank digital app, you can:

Keep track of your finances. You can keep track of your finances by accessing your account history and transactions at any time and from any location.
Make online fund transfers. With RBank Direct2Bank, you can transfer funds from your Robinsons Bank account to other domestic bank accounts in the Philippines.
Make hassle-free bills payment. Avoid the hassle of standing in line to pay your bills! Pay bills quickly and easily with your online banking.
Use the branch or ATM locator. Use your personal online banking to locate the nearest Robinsons Bank branch and ATM locations.
Secure your account. The online banking platform generates a one-time password for added security.
Report a lost card. Using your online banking, you can block your stolen or lost Robinsons Bank Visa debit card immediately.
Pay using QuickR. Take advantage of the QuickR way to pay when transferring funds or paying participating merchants using a QR code.

FAQ

To apply for a loan using the RBank digital app you must follow the steps: First of all you must login to the app, then you choose the InstaBale facility (this is the easiest loan to get, with no interest fee), then you indicate the amount to be availed, the next thing you do is read the terms and conditions and accept it. And then you click on Submit.

A loan cannot be extended or renewed. Even if they already have a loan, the borrower can apply for a new one, subject to credit approval. Clients who have Auto, Housing, Personal, Small Business, and mSME loans may also be eligible for a grace period. Contact customer service using the app on your smartphone for more information.

Firstly you need to open the app and login. Click on Payment, and then click on Make a new payment. Fill out the payment details and click on Continue. Review the details you have given and then click on Pay.

If you have forgotten your login password, you will first have to download the RBank digital app and then follow the following steps to restore your access: Open the RBank Digital app. Click on the Forgot password function on the login page. Input your user ID and click on Submit. A one-time password will be sent to your registered phone number. Enter this OTP and click on Submit OTP. You will receive a temporary password in your email. Login to your account using this temporary password. After login, you will be asked to change your password, do this and click on Submit.

Deleting the app is easyж you can either do this from the Google Play store/Apple App store, from your apps settings, or from the app drawer. To delete the app from the store, simply search for Robinson digital in your store and tap on Uninstall when done.

To delete the app from your phone's settings, tap on Settings, then Apps, then tap on Robinson digital and lastly you tap on Uninstall. To uninstall using the app drawer, tap and hold the Robinsons digital till the options come out, then tap on Uninstall.
