How to register an account?
RCBC Credit Cards provides registered users with access to budget management, enhanced security, travel perks, extra rewards, and additional cash loans. The bank has also implemented one-time passwords (OTPs) for transactional authentication and security questions for customer detail maintenance to improve its security further.
Registering on the RCBC Credit Cards website is only possible if you already hold an RCBC Bank card. To register for RCBC Credit Cards, follow the steps below:
Visit the RCBC Credit Cards official website, and click on Login, then click on RCBC Credit Cards online.
Now on the next page, click on Register.
You will see three boxes in front of you. You must enter your card number, CVV, and card exploration date in MMYY format.
After that, in the end, there is another box where you have to enter the special symbol in the image and click on Next.
Review the email address and phone number you registered in the account opening form or client relationship form that will be shown. If the details are not correct, you must update your profile by visiting your branch of account as soon as possible (but you can still proceed with the transaction).
You can now click the Send OTP button if the details are correct.
Once you have typed in the one-time password, create your login details: user ID and password.
Choose a security question with an answer only you know.
Click the Submit button. Then you are done.
