How to delete an account on RCBC online banking
An RCBC online account can only be deleted at the branch of your choice. Before your account can be deleted, other factors are involved that the bank's customer care needs to confirm. They involve whether you have any pending loans or transactions or if your account is linked to other products like a credit card. You also need to confirm that you understand that deleting your account will lead to you not having access to any RCBC online banking service. After you confirm all these, you will receive a questionnaire. You will be informed that your account has been deleted later on via email.
