How to register an account?
PNB login is an online banking channel that is offered to PNB customers. This banking interface allows you to perform routine banking transactions such as transferring funds, inquiring about your account balance, and paying bills securely using your laptop, desktop, or tablet computer through their mobile banking app. This platform has an easy self-service enrolment interface and doesn't require the customers to fill out any registration form.
This platform also allows customers to change their password and username, monitor their account balances and transactions, transfer funds to other local banks and PNB accounts, order check books, open and manage UITFs, and much more. The PNB login requires OTPs (one-time passwords) to ensure secure and authentic transactions. All PNB account types are eligible to enroll in digital banking except the joint/and accounts.
The Philippine National Bank also has a banking app that allows you to manage your accounts as a supplement to the products already provided by its online banking feature. You can use the mobile banking app to make payments, transfer payments, and check your account balances.
Visit the PNB website www.pnb.com.ph and click the Login button on the main menu.
On the login page, click on Sign up, and a terms and conditions page will open.
Read all the clauses carefully and then click on Agree to continue.
Now, you will see two options, select Sign up using an ATM card.
Select your account type, then input your card number and pin.
Create a user ID and password and make sure your mobile number and email address is correct.
Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
On your first login, you will be required to enter the online activation code (OAC) which will be sent to your registered email address.
How to restore access to Philippine National Bank online?
Should you forget your user ID/name or password to your Philippine National Bank login, follow the steps below to retrieve it.
For password
Open website via https://www.pnb.com.ph.
Click on Login.
On the next page, click on Forgot password.
Provide your user ID and click on Submit.
Input received OTP sent to your registered mobile number, then click on Continue.
Input your debit card number and pin and click on Continue.
Set up your login password. It should be 6-28 characters of alphanumeric + 1 unique character.
Set up your transaction password (If It's required) in the same format, but vary from login password
Lastly, you will receive a message that goes Password changed successfully.
Click on Continue to login (If asked to log in).
For username
Open website via https://www.pnb.com.ph.
Click on Login.
Click on Forgot User ID.
Input your account number and then click on verify.
Provide your OTP received on your registered mobile number for validation.
Click Submit and then click on Find user ID, displayed on the screen.
How to delete an account?
In cases where a customer wants to delete a Philippine National Bank account online, they have to go to a PNB branch as an account on PNB can't be closed online. Note that deleting a bank account in PNB covers account closure fees. When you get to the bank, request an account closure form. You can also download it online from the PNB website. Fill in the required details. You will be required to give your reasons for closing the account, how you will want to receive the balance on your account, and your signature. Submit the filled form to the PNB home branch with your debit card, passbook, cheque leaves, ID, and proof of address.
