Steps to repay
The company can close records whenever they want without accruing any penalties or service fees. A MoneyCat loan can be repaid at 7/11, LBC, Bayad Center, and SM Payment Center. To avoid mistakes, you should close the account a day or two ahead of time to allow the system to update. You can also repay online in their app.
Step-by-step guide:
The DragonPay Lifetime ID is generated by MoneyCat and delivered to you together with the repayment method. You can pay by credit card, GCash, or any other supported wallet.
- Open the “Account page,” enter your registered phone number and click on Receive password via SMS
- Enter the received code, and click on Log in
- Choose any of the given payment methods you prefer and press the Pay loan button.
- Now select any of the following amounts you want to repay: Today's repayment amount (for full repayment), Renewal amount (for extension), or Any amount (in the case of a partial repayment);
- After selecting, choose your preferred payment method and proceed with the payment.
DragonPay may send an email with the reference number to some payment methods. The reference number is different from the Lifetime ID, and during repayment, you can use either of the required details.
Conditions of loan extension
MoneyCat will allow you to extend the length of your loan. You have to make payments of 7% of the current loan balance plus costs.
