Metrobank online is the bank's new Internet banking service, with an improved user experience and interface that allows clients to conduct numerous banking activities effortlessly 24x7. The new Metrobank online platform is intended to make it easier to manage your money. You can use this service to shop online, pay bills, save for a rainy day, or invest for a future need, and you can do it from anywhere and any time.
People can use one-time passwords to log in to Metrobank online and approve transactions using their passcode. They can also create one-time and recurring transaction schedules. Apart from that, they can open a time deposit account and select the amount and term they want.
To register for Metrobank online, follow the below steps:
Key in https://onlinebanking.metrobank.com.ph in your web browser and click on Sign up.
Fill in the blanks with the necessary information. Remember to use a unique username and a secure password.
Enroll a deposit account or a credit card account.
After you have reviewed and confirmed the information you have provided, click on Next.
Verify your email address by entering the 6-digit one-time password (OTP) delivered to your inbox.
Generate your Metrobank passcode. This passcode authorizes your Metrobank online transactions. Save this passcode somewhere and do not give it to anyone.
Enter the 6-digit OTP issued to your registered mobile number to validate your mobile phone number.
You will receive a congratulatory message.
How to restore access to Metrobank online?
Follow the steps below to restore access to your Metrobank online account if you forgot your username or password.
For forgotten username
Click Recover access from the login screen and select the Username tab.
Enter the email address or mobile number you registered with during signup.
Enter your 6-digit passcode and click on the Submit button.
Your username will be sent to your email or texted to your registered phone number.
For forgotten password
Click Recover access from the login screen and then select the Password tab.
Enter the email address or mobile number you registered with during signup.
Enter your 6-digit passcode and click on the Submit button.
You must input a verification code issued to your registered cell phone number or email address.
Enter a new password and click on the Next button.
Your password was changed successfully.
How to delete an account?
Follow these steps to delete your Metrobank accounts and credit card:
Go to https://onlinebanking.metrobank.com.ph/ and sign in.
On the menu, select Deposits or Credit cards.
Choose the account to be deleted.
On the upper right of the screen, click on Remove account.
Click on Yes to confirm the action.
