PSBank personal loans for september 2023

The PSBank Flexi line of credit with prime rebate offers the first and only security and collateral-free personal loan product that includes a revolving credit line as well as a fixed term loan. Revolving credit is a sort of credit that does not have a set amount of payments. Based on how much you've repaid, the amount you can borrow reduces or increases. A term loan requires you to make regular payments over a certain period of time.

It is simple to apply. You can apply online by clicking on the Apply Now link on the right, or you can visit any PSBank office near you. With the personal loan, you may receive rebates or discounts if you make extra or early repayments on your flexi loan. Below are some of the features of the loan:

  • Minimum monthly repayment. There is the bare minimum that needs to be completed before or on the payment due date in order to avoid a fine. You must add the following to your minimum outstanding balance: 5% of the entire value due of lending availments or interest amount or ₱500.00, whichever one is greater, monthly repayment of installment loan availments, and the fine and late fee for the period. Finance, late fees, other costs, and total monthly amortizations will be taken solely on the payment due date from the current credit line.
  • Interest rate. The revolving loan has a monthly interest rate of 2.5%, while the term loan has a monthly add-on rate of 1.75%. In addition, the net interest rate P.A. is 42.88% for 24 months, and the effective interest rate per annum is 41.29% over a period of 36 months. The effective interest rate per annum for a revolving loan is 34.49% over a 12-month period.
