How to register an account?
Landbank offers a variety of services, and to start using them, you should create an account on their website.
The Landbank digital onboarding system (DOBS) facilitates and expedites the opening and upgrading of Landbank online accounts. A quick and easy option to apply for a Landbank deposit account is through DOBS. Additionally, thanks to its improved features, you can now update your user information for an existing Landbank deposit account. Follow these steps to complete your enrollment:
- Visit the Landbank website and navigate to e-banking.
- Click on online account opening and updating, locate the DOBS, and click and open it.
- Choose the type of account you intend to open or choose Account updating if you want to update your account.
- Fill out the form that will be shown. Click on Proceed with application when done.
- Visit a branch closest to you with the form and at least one valid ID/supporting document* with your initial deposit to complete your enrollment.
- An email or SMS will be sent to you on the state of your enrolment.

How to enroll in the Landbank iAccess account?
- Visit the Landbank iAccess portal
- Click on Signup now.
- The terms and conditions sheet will be shown. If you agree with them, click on Agree.
- Enter your ATM details, personal information, security questions, and answers in case you forget your password and want to retrieve your account.
- Choose an iAccess username and click on Submit.
- Follow the subsequent steps to complete your enrolment.
How to restore access to your Landbank login?
- Visit the Landbank login portal
- Click on Forget password.
- Insert your iAccess username and click on Submit.
- Enter your security questions and answers and click on Submit.
- Follow the subsequent steps to finish your account recovery.
How to delete an account?
- Login to your Landbank iAccess account.
- Go to your profile and select Account deactivation.
- Confirm that you want to deactivate your account.
- Enter the OTP that will be sent to your email and phone number.
- Choose your security question and answer correctly.
- Click on Submit.
