How to pay back a DIGIDO?
Borrowers can track their loans on the mobile app or through Digido online platform and make timely installments on the stipulated days. To pay back a loan, go to your personal account and check if you have an active loan.
- Check Active Loans
- Confirm you want to repay or extend the loan
- A list of repayment options will pop up
- Choose your preferred choice (such as a bank card or Gcash)
- Proceed to the payment window
- Wait for payment confirmation.
Customers can use different options to pay the debt: bank card, Trustly, or cash. When using a bank card, follow the steps outlined above and choose bank card as the preferred method of repayment. However, if you want to make fast and safest repayment, use Trustly. It forwards your payment instantly and safely to Digido from your account. You can also use the formalized payment order available on the website and present the form with the amount you would like to repay at a nearby bank. However, transfers can take as much as 5 days.
Conditions of loan extension at Digido
Borrowers can extend their loans without hurting their credit score. However, borrowers must abide by the following terms:
- Extensions are only available for repeated loans
- Borrowers can extend their loan before and after the repayment date
- Borrowers can only extend a loan for 7, 14, 21, or 30 days
- The service paid for a loan extension depends on the borrowers’ loan amounts
Early payoff
Borrowers can make a prepayment or an early payoff of their loans to reduce their loan obligations. Making early payoffs also enables an individual to avoid penalties for late payments and improve their chances of getting subsequent loans.
