You can also use it at Mastercard ATMs; however, the banks that control the ATMs might charge you a ₱250 Extra Fee for each operation.

How can I temporarily disable my Tonik debit card?

You can opt to lock your card on the Tonik app momentarily. You will be unable to make any purchases if your card is locked. To use the card again, you must still unlock it in the Tonik app.

You can begin using your physical debit card from the moment you activate it and select a protected 6-digit ATM PIN in the Tonik app. To get started, click the Activate button on the app's main dashboard and execute the on-screen directions. Before selecting and certifying your ATM PIN, you will be prompted to input your card details for verification.

How can I control where I can use my Tonik Bank physical debit card?

You can utilize the Tonik app to choose where you wish to use your actual debit card for more protection. Go to Security after tapping on your physical debit card on the dashboard. You can control which transactions are disabled/blocked by turning them purple. Blocking your card will prevent it from being used for any future transactions of this sort.

Flip it back to grey to enable/unblock the transactions. You can manage the following transactions:

  • Withdrawals from ATMs

  • Actual payments

  • Online transactions

  • Overseas transactions (ATMs and physical/point-of-sale machines).
