How to register an account?
The Development Bank of the Philippines offers a wide range of online services that customers only need to log in to enjoy. These services are:
- BancNet online. BancNet online is an Internet banking service that frees ATM cardholders from the burden of having to visit bank branches or payment locations while still providing them with the ease and security of conducting banking transactions. With this service, you can send money, pay bills, do cashless online shopping, and win rewards and promos.
- The DBP digital banking portal (DBP2). DBP2 is a whole range of cash management products created to provide clients with the ease of online banking. It is designed for only online corporate banking, and the below account holders are eligible to enroll:
- Sole proprietorships.
- Partnerships.
- National government agencies.
- Cooperatives.
- Local government units.
- Corporations.
- Other financial institutions.
- DBP eGov. DBP eGov (Electronic Government) is an online electronic payment system that enables both businesses (single proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, cooperatives, and government organizations) and individuals (BIR tax payments only) to conduct online transactions.
The Development Bank of the Philippines offers a number of online banking services you can choose from, depending on your banking needs. This also means enrolment could differ for each of these online services. You can follow the general steps below to enroll in the DBP online:
- Visit the Development Bank of the Philippines' website and click on Online banking.
- Choose the online service you want to enroll in.
- If it shows an error, follow the steps below, if not, skip to step 4:
- Click on Details, and then Go on the webpage. For Microsoft Edge browser users.
- Click on Advanced, then Accept the risk and continue. For firefox users.
- Click on Advanced, then Proceed to eps.devbankphil.com.ph(unsafe). For Chrome users
- Read the terms and conditions and click on Agree if you do.
- Select if you want to enroll as an individual or corporate.
- Fill in your details, and choose a password and username.
- Upon successful enrolment, you will be given an enrolment number.
How to restore access to DBP online banking?
If you ever forget your password or username, you can always restore access to your account by following the steps below:
- Visit the DBP website and click on Online banking.
- Select the online service you want by clicking on it.
- Click on Forgot password or Forgot user ID.
- For forgotten passwords, enter your user ID on the next page and follow the on-screen directions.
- For User ID, enter your email address on the next page and follow the on-screen directions.
How to delete an account?
To delete an online account with the DBP, you must visit the bank and meet a customer care representative. State your reasons for the visit, and you will be given a form to fill out. Fill out the form and state the reason for closing the account, then follow further directives from the customer care representative.
