REVI Credit is a unique, all-in-one revolving credit line that gives Filipinos quick access to finance and financial freedom. Additionally, you can use your credit line to pay bills and transfer balances through the CIMB Bank PH app. You can receive a credit line with a maximum of ₱250,000 and interest rates as low as 1% monthly.

How to apply?

Before applying, you must have a personal loan or savings account with CIMB Bank. Following the instructions below, you can apply for REVI Credit after you have one of those accounts:

  1. Open the CIMB Bank PH mobile app.

  2. Tap on Add a new account under Accounts.

  3. Tap on REVI Credit, then proceed as directed.

Requirements

Eligibility 

To be eligible for REVI Credit, you must:

  • Be an individual.

  • Be a non-American and a Philippine citizen.

  • Be under 65 years of age and at least 21 years old.

  • Have both an active Philippine mobile number and a Philippine mailing address.

  • Have one valid ID and be a fully confirmed CIMB Bank customer.

  • Have a monthly income of at least ₱10,000.

Documents

Some of the acceptable documents are:

  • A driving permit

  • A Philippine ID

  • The national professional ID card should be noted that they only accept PRC IDs issued before September 2019

  • Integrated multiple use ID (UMID)

  • Postal ID

Pros and cons

Pros 

  • The loanable amount is as high as ₱250,000

  • The loan application is fast and precise.

  • There is a ₱0 annual fee.

  • The loan does not require too many documents or eligibility criteria.

  • The interest rate is low compared to competitors.

  • The application is online-based.

Cons

  • Since it is an online-based service, applicants may be targeted by fraudsters.

  • You need a lot of physical verification before being able to apply for a REVI Credit loan.

How to repay?

It's simple to pay for your REVI Credit. You have two payment options: online and in person (OTC). Follow these easy steps after logging into the CIMB Bank PH app and going to the REVI Credit dashboard:

Online via CIMB Bank savings account

  1. Choose Pay now and then CIMB Bank Philippines.

  2. Tap on a Savings account with CIMB Bank.

  3. Select the payment amount.

  4. Use your MPIN to confirm the transaction.

  5. If the payment was successful, it should reflect your transaction history and the remaining REVI credit limit.

Over-The-Counter via 7-Eleven

  1. Tap on Pay now and then In-store.

  2. Tap on 7-Eleven.

  3. Select the payment amount.

  4. The payment barcode will be created. Please download the barcode image after it has been generated.

  5. Show the 7-Eleven cashier the barcode and the amount you wish to pay. Please hold onto the receipt until the amount has reduced your REVI Credit current balance.

Online from other banks (via Dragonpay)

  1. Tap on Pay now and then Online payment.

  2. Choose Other banks.

  3. Pick your preferred bank.

  4. Choose the payment amount.

  5. Look for instructions from Dragonpay to complete your payment via your registered email.

Over-the-counter bank (via Dragonpay)

  1. Tap on Pay now and then In-store.

  2. Choose Banks over-the-counter.

  3. Choose your preferred bank.

  4. Choose the payment amount.

  5. Look for instructions from Dragonpay to complete your payment via your registered email.

Other Payment Centers (via Dragonpay)

  1. Tap on Pay now and then Over the counter.

  2. Choose Other payment centers.

  3. Choose your preferred payment processor.

  4. Choose the payment amount.

  5. Check your registered email regularly for information from Dragonpay on how to finish your transaction.
