How to register an account?
With the CIMB Bank login, you can manage your money while on the go through CIMB Clicks online banking, CIMB Clicks mobile banking, and CIMB Clicks app. You can also securely check your account balances. Below are the transactions you can perform via CIMB login:
Account inquiry. You can view account information for your wealth, credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts.
Funds transfer. You can transfer funds:
To your accounts and those of third parties in CIMB Philippines and other Philippine banks.
To your accounts at CIMB Niaga and Malaysia.
Using PayNow and other partners.
Scheduled transaction. You can plan a transaction for the future or establish recurrent transactions for:
Transferring of money.
Payment of bills.
E-Application. You can apply for multiple accounts like current, savings, and fixed deposits. You can also apply for a personal loan and all other loans, and you can safeguard your credit.
Cheque Management. You can request a checkbook, make a check status inquiry, and stop a check.
Click Settings. You can:
Change settings like:
Your clicks welcome name.
Your daily limit.
Your CIMB login password.
Your transaction alert (e-Alert notification).
Link My CIMB like:
Credit card.
Filipino account.
CIMB Niaga account.
Update your login account details like:
Address.
Contact numbers.
Email address.
You can only register for CIMB Bank using the CIMB Bank PH app. Use the following steps:
- Open the mobile app and select Open an Account.
- Check your eligibility to apply and prepare your valid, government-issued ID. Click on Let's start to continue.
- You will be asked about some declarations, and you must answer them. Click on Confirm to proceed.
- Provide your mobile phone number and your email address.
- Verify your mobile phone number, which will be done via an SMS OTP.
- Create your unique username and tap on Continue.
- Create a password you will remember, but one that no one can suggest, and your MPIN to verify in-app transactions, and you're done.
How to restore access to CIMB Bank?
You can only restore access to your CIMB Bank account through the CIMB Bank PH mobile app.
For forgotten password
If you can not recall your password, open the app and follow the steps below:
- Tap Forgot? Then I forgot my password.
- Input your mobile number.
- Input the 6-digit OTP that will be sent to your mobile number.
- Enter your MPIN, then enter your new password.
- Proceed to login using your new password.
Your new password will immediately be updated once you're done and you can proceed to login in the app.
For forgotten username
If you can not recall your username, open the app and follow the steps below:
- Tap Forgot? Then I forgot my username.
- Input your mobile number.
- Input the 6-digit OTP that will be sent to your mobile number.
- Enter your MPIN.
- Your username will then be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
How to delete an account?
To close your account, call customer service at (+632) 8924-2462 and lodge your request. You can also visit any CIMB Bank branch to lodge your request. The chosen account will be terminated the following business day. Be aware that once the account has been requested to be closed, it cannot be opened again.
This can also be done online with the app following the steps below:
- Log in to the CIMB Bank PH mobile app.
- Tap on Accounts and then tap on View details of your chosen account.
- Tap on Close and then tap on Close account.
