How to register an account?
With China Bank's convenient and secure online banking channels, you may pick when, where, and how to bank by logging in through your preferred channel. The tracks are through the mobile app and the China Bank website. Customers can access their accounts and conduct financial transactions via a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with China Bank online, the bank's internet banking service.

China Bank online enrollment can be done using an ATM card or through the bank, using an SMS pin.
Enrolment using cash card or ATM
- Firstly, download the China Bank mobile app from Google Play or the App Store, depending on your operating system.
- Tap Sign-up on the app, review the terms and conditions, and accept them. Choose ATM/cash card.
- Your active cell phone number and email address should be listed along with a unique user ID and password.
- Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to the mobile number you provided.
- To activate your mobile banking access, visit the China Bank ATM that is closest to you and follow these steps:
- Put your ATM or cash card in, then enter your PIN.
- Then click Activate enrolment.
- Tap on Mobile banking, and follow the instructions.
- Enter the online activation code (OAC) issued to your designated email address during your first login to activate your account entirely.
Enrolment through bank branch using SMS pin
You can still register for an account with China Bank online if you don't have an ATM or cash card by following these instructions:
- Visit a China Bank branch closest to you and complete the enrolment form. An SMS pin will be delivered to your registered cellphone number upon form validation and approval.
- Get the China Bank mobile app from Google Play or App Store, depending on your operating system.
- Tap Sign-up on the app., review the terms and conditions, and accept them. Choose non-ATM/others.
- Enter your account number, birth date, and SMS pin, then select Continue. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
- Choose the account(s) you want to connect to your account for your mobile app.
- Enter a unique username and password, then select Confirm.
- Enter the online activation code (OAC) issued to your designated email address during your first login to activate your account entirely.
How to restore access to a China bank online account?
If you've forgotten your password, you can get a new one by calling the customer service hotline at (632) 888-55-888. You will be asked a series of questions to authenticate your identity and protect your privacy. Alternatively, you can visit your account's branch and complete the Access to Alternative Channels form.
You can do it online by visiting the China Bank website and logging in. Next, click on Forgot password, enter your user ID and email, and click Submit. Enter the answers to your security questions and follow the instructions.
How to delete a China bank online account?
If you want to delete your China Bank online account, you must visit a China Bank branch closest to you and request the Access to Alternative Channels form, fill it out and state your reason, then follow the instructions the customer service will give.
