How to pay back a Cashalo loan?

Payments via GCash, Bayad Center, or ECPay/7 Eleven are processed instantly. It may take up to 24 hours to process other payment methods. A Cashalo loan can be repaid at Cebuana Lhuillier Bills Payment/LBC. To avoid mistakes, you should close the account a day or two ahead of time to allow the system to update. The payment option for online payment can also be used to avoid public contact for your safety.

Online banking

Supported options include:

• GCash
• Robinsons Online Banking
• BDO Online Banking
• PayMaya.

Net Banking

1. Log in to your Online Account via the bank's online interface or app.
2. Choose Pay bills and Reload from the Navigation menu. You can also go to My quick links and click the Pay option.
3. Select the accountfrom which the payment will be made.
4. The next step is to select a Biller, such as Cashalo, from the Company/Biller Not Requiring Enrollment list.
5. In the field provided for Subscriber Number, enter the precise amount you will pay and the 15-digit Loan ID. Type your full name and payment option in the subscriber's name field. As soon as you've completed your transaction, click Submit and save your payment reference number.

Over-the-counter Payments

Cashalo partner stores available for repayment include:

• ECpay;
• TrueMoney;
• 7-Eleven;
• SM Business Centers;
• BDO branches;
• Robinsons Bank Bills Payment;
• Robinsons Business Center (Present in Robinson's department store);
• Bayad Center;
• Digipay.

Payment by 7-Eleven or any other online merchant

1. Use the Cliqq Machine to get started.
2. Choose Pay Bills, then Loans, then Cashalo. Remove the letter B as you enter your loan ID.
3. Provide your mobile number. Fill in the required payment amount.
4. Take the slip from the machine and give it to the cashier, along with your payment amount and the ₱20.00 transaction fee.

Remittance and payment centers

Supported remittance and payment centers include:

• Dragonpay;
• Cebuana Lhuillier Bills Payment;
• Bayad Center;
• LBC.

To make payments via remittance and payment centers, the user can visit Cashalo partner stores and present all necessary documents such as Cashalo loan ID and deposit payments.
