How to register an account?
BPI provides easy online banking services that may be accessed through its website or mobile application. They have listed every action and service you may take online to avoid visiting a branch.
Online banking makes it possible to conduct various activities, including credit card purchases and money transfers. To get these perks, please, log in to your BPI account or create an account if you don't already have one.
Begin the process by visiting the BPI website or getting the BPI mobile app.
Look up at the top right and click on Login; it will take you to a new page in which you will see spaces meant for your username and password, but since you do not have an account yet, click on Register now.
It will ask you to select the preferred product category (deposit, credit card, loan); choose one.
Type in your customer, account, or loan account number, depending on your selected product category.
Choose your date of birth.
Create a username and password
Enter your email and make sure it is an active one.
Review the conditions and terms, then select Submit if you agree.
After this, a one-time PIN will be sent to your phone number or email. For confirmation, enter it and then click Submit.
Note: The provided email address will receive a confirmation message.
How to restore access to your BPI online banking account
You can reset your BPI online banking account password online if you lose it. You should follow these procedures to retrieve your password online.
Open the BPI mobile app or visit the BPI website.
Look up at the top right and click on Login. It will take you to a new page in which you would see spaces meant for your username and password, but since you have forgotten your login password, click on Forgot username or password.
Select the product type and enter your username.
Enter your credit card account number, loan account number, or deposit account number, depending on your product type.
Type in your date of birth.
Create a new password and type it again to confirm it.
Click on Next, and an OTP will be sent to your email or phone; write down your one-time PIN, and click on Submit.
Note: Enter one account number if you have several deposit accounts registered, i.e., the account number of the account affected.

How to delete an account
Be aware that only a web browser can be used for this. To close one BPI account, follow these instructions:
Visit the BPI website and log into your account.
Select Manage my accounts from the My accounts menu.
Request for an OTP, then input it.
Check the boxes of all the accounts you want to delete.
Select Save from the menu.
Note: Once you reopen the My accounts section, you will be able to see the modifications.
How to permanently delete an online account
Be aware that only a web browser can be used for this. To permanently delete an online BPI account, follow these instructions:
Go to the BPI website.
Click the Login and log in with your details.
Choose Debit card, Credit card, or Deposit account number, then enter the appropriate information and select Lock access.
To request reactivation of your username, visit a BPI branch or call the BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000.
Note:Locking access means you can’t use your BPI online account to process any transaction.
