How to register an account?
BDO online banking allows you to conduct banking services privately and conveniently from any Internet-capable device. You can conduct secure financial transactions whenever you choose, anywhere in the globe. BDO online banking services can be used through the BDO website or the BDO mobile app.
Enrolling on the BDO online is only done using the BDO website. If you are planning to use BDO online services through the mobile app, you must first of all complete an online enrolment through the website.
Enrolment for clients within the Philippines:
- Visit the BDO website at www.bdo.com.ph.
- Now click on Online banking login.
- Since you are yet to have a BPO online account, simply click on Enroll now.
- Choose Within the Philippines/outside the Philippines (based on your locality), fill-out the online form and click on Submit.
- Take note of your ATM activation code.
- Now go to any BDO ATM nationwide, insert your BDO ATM card, and then use this ATM debit card. Select Other services on the ATM and then Activate electronic banking using your ATM activation code.
- If you select “outside the Philippines,” you will have to wait for a call from the bank who will then help you to verify your enrollment within five working days, starting from the day of enrollment.
How to restore access to your BDO online banking account?
If you forget your BDO online banking account details, you can reset them online. You should adhere to these steps to get your information online.
- Visit the BDO website at www.bdo.com.ph or its app.
- Click on Online banking login.
- Click on the forgotten details and choose any one option from: Forgot your password?, Forgot your user ID?, or Forgot your pin?.
- If you select Forgot your password, you will be asked to type in your username and the last four digits of the ATM card. If you select Forgot your usern ID, you will have to call the customer care line. If you select Forgot your pin, you will be required of use your ID details to login.
- Type in all the required information and click or tap on Submit. You will be sent an OTP; enter this OTP and tap on Submit.
- Then you will have to set a new password and proceed further.
How to delete an account?
This can only be done using the BDO website.
- Visit the BDO website and login to your account.
- Click on My profile.
- Go down and click on Deactivate account.
- You will be asked to confirm account deletion, you may also be asked the reason you are deleting your account. Give this data and click on Confirm.
- You will be contacted via email and a call from the BDO customer center. Follow the directives to successfully delete your account.
