How to register an account?
The Bank of Commerce offers online bank-to-bank money transfers in both foreign and domestic currencies. Through this interface, users may access account management, transaction history, and even stop payment requests for unnegotiated checks. The Bank of Commerce provides an online platform for managing bank accounts and other banking operations. A quick, simple, secure, and wise method to manage your money is online banking. With online banking, you can:
Check your account balances and check your transactions.
Transfer money between Bank of Commerce bank accounts to other financial institutions and send money to loved ones by email.
Make free online bill payments.
Utilize alerts to manage your accounts.
Lock your debit or credit card momentarily.
Control your money management program, such as Quicken, and export your banking data.
Use secure email to communicate with Commerce Bank customer service.
View your last six months' worth of checks and statements and even up to seven years.
Get access to online money transfer services like PESONet, and InstaPay.
To register an account, users can enroll online by following the steps below:
Visit https://www.bankcom.com.ph
Select the Online banking option in the right upper corner and click on either Bankcompersonal or Bankcombusiness login depending on the nature of your account.
After you are on the login page, click on Enroll now.
Fill out the enrollment form online.
The registration confirmation and the terms and conditions document (which will be emailed to the email address you provided on the online enrollment form) should be printed, signed, and delivered to any Bank of Commerce branch. After that, your account will be activated
For a more guided enrollment, you can also go to any Bank of Commerce branch. After you provide the necessary paperwork for any Bank of Commerce branch's verification and approval, your access will be activated.
How to restore access to Bank of Commerce online?
If you've forgotten your username or password for Bank of Commerce online, you can retrieve it by following the instructions below:
For forgotten password
Visit https://www.bankcom.com.ph
Select the Online banking option, and click on either Bankcompersonal or Bankcombusiness login depending on the nature of your account.
Here, click on the Forgot Password button
You can modify or reset your password by providing your User ID, the response to the challenge question you provided, and your mother's maiden name.
Following the completion of the steps above, Bank of Commerce Internet Banking will issue you a temporary password that you must enter to log in.
After you log in, you will be asked to change your password right away using the Change password option. Notify your respective branch right away if you think your password has been compromised.
For username

Select the Online banking option, and click on either Bankcompersonal or Bankcombusiness login depending on the nature of your account.
Here, click the Forgot user ID button.
You can modify or reset your Username by providing your Email ID, the response to the challenge question you provided, and your mother's maiden name.
After completing the steps above, Bank of Commerce Internet Banking will let you input a new username. Input your new username to complete the process.
How to delete an account?
A Bank of Commerce online account can be terminated in person or by contacting customer care. A form will be provided for you to fill out after you've stated your reason for visiting. Fill out the form with your reasons for closing the account, then adhere to the directions given by the customer care agent.
