Steps to repay
The borrower will have complete control over the amount of debt they owe. You can search for the details in your dashboard once your loan is approved. Debt can be paid off completely at once or in monthly installments.
The maturity date could be as short as ten days. It is developed in the payback schedule for consumers over a longer period. All issues are taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis. On request, a certificate of payment completion will be given to you after all payments have been made. In the event of payment difficulties, Asteria will provide cost-effective financial options.
Asteria will aid in the extension of the return time and the avoidance of fines. The company does not have any offline locations. Its headquarter is in Manila, the Philippines' capital. The creditor's guiding premise becomes the rejection of offline offices. Virtual mode is used in all phases of the service.
Following the successful distribution of your loan, Asteria will provide you with repayment instructions via email.
- Log in and submit your evidence of payment to your existing Asteria ID or provide the proof of payment through email to [email protected] to expedite the processing of your re-loan.
- Search for the subject column, and provide your loan ID so that they can confirm that your loan has been paid off.
- After each payment, you can see your dashboard under the My loan tab. You can also access your Asteria Dashboard to see data about your loan, the next due date, the amount owing, and your Dragon ID.
Asteria will validate your payment through their payment partners once you have completed your repayment to one of the Dragon Pay payment facilities listed on your repayment instruction email.
To make a payment through a payment center
- Go to any of the listed payment facilities to make a payment;
- You'll need your Loan Agreement Number to pay your loan, which you'll receive after your loan application is approved;
- Make sure you pay each amount in full the first time;
- Obtain a receipt as proof of a loan repayment.
Conditions of loan extension
If you need to move your due date, you can use this option (postpone it). The maximum number of days you can prolong is 7. The extension fee will always be 200 pesos, regardless of the number of days you are extending, and you will also have to pay daily interest rate multiplied by the number of days you are extending. The fees will be calculated and displayed on your dashboard.
The Asteria system will send you an email with your new due dates following the payment. If you do not pay the extension fee, your due dates will remain the same as before, and you may be charged late fees if you do not pay the extension fee or your regular amortization.
Early payment
Only Asteria's reloaners have access to the prepayment service if they have a second or higher loan and one of the following schedules: 61 days with 4 due dates, 75 days with 5 due dates, or 90 days with 6 due dates. Only on the day of the midterm you will be able to pre-pay your loan, and Asteria will waive the interest for the unused period. The company strongly advises its customers to contact their collection department for advice on how and when to do so.
