Steps to repay
To pay through a payment center
- Go to any of the listed payment facilities to make a payment.
- You'll need your 10-digit AEON Personal Loan Agreement Number to pay your loan, which you'll receive after your loan is authorized.
- Make sure you pay each amount in full the first time.
- Obtain a receipt as proof of loan repayment.
To pay online
- You can also use GCash and PayMaya to make a payment online.
- You must first download the app, go to Bills Payment and choose AEON Credit from the list.
- Fill in the agreement number as well as the amount.
Conditions of a loan extension
If you fail to make a payment, AEON may choose to transfer the debt to a higher interest rate. If you fail on your loan, AEON may, as a last resort, take legal action against you. In any case, expect a lot of phone calls.
Early payoffs
If the outstanding balance is settled before the due date, the borrower is entitled to a rebate on the Credit Sales Agreement charges. The rebate will be calculated with the following formula:
Rebate = RP X (RP+1) divided by OP X (OP+1)
Here,
RP = Remaining period (no. of months);
OP = Original period (no. of months)
