How to register an AEON account?
A borrower with AEON personal loan or any other product from AEON credit has access to a personal account that carries all the details related to their loan.
- You can apply for a cash loan by visiting the AEON website or downloading the AEON mobile app from Google Play and filling out the Applynow form.
- After that select a Title, and enter your name as mentioned in your NRIC.
- Enter your active Email address and current Mobile number. You will receive a one time password on your email address; enter it to proceed further.
- After that, you will be asked to enter your Personal details, including yournationality, residential status, IC number, DOB, along with other important details like your residential address.
- Then click on Next to move to the next page; here, you will have to provide all the details related to your finances: your monthly income, employment status, income receipts, etc.
- After that, the application will be sent for authorization, and you will receive an Agreement number to track your application.
- Wait for your application to be authorized before logging into your account and entering your agreement number.
- Select and claim the item for which you asked for a loan at an AEON partner merchant, which includes personal loans, furniture loans, and appliance loans.
How to reset a password on AEON?
- If you need to reset your password, you can log in by clicking the Forgetpassword button and following the on-screen instructions
- If your phone has a one-touch sign-in capability, you should enable it as soon as you register for an account so you can log in quickly.
How to delete an account on AEON?
To delete your account, please log in to your account. Go to account settings and drag down to the delete account option to delete an account. Provide reasons for the account's deletion. After that, continue with the process.
