How to download the WestobaGO mobile app

WestobaGO mobile banking application is available for free for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac through App Store or for Android smartphones or tablets through Google Play. 

For iPhone users:

1. Using your iPhone, type in the App Store search bar «WestobaGO Mobile Banking App.» 

2. Select the app icon and verify that the app's author is Westoba Credit Union Limited. 

3. Tap the icon marked «Free,» then tap again when it changes to «Install.» 

4. The app will begin installing. Press the «Open» button in the App Store, or find it on your home screen and tap to open.  

For Android Users:

1. Using your Android phone, tap the search icon and type in the search bar «WestobaGO Mobile Banking App» in Google Play. 

2. Select the app icon and verify that the app's author is Westoba Credit Union Limited. 

3. Tap the icon marked «Install,» then tap «Accept» on the next screen. 

4. The app will begin installing. Press the «Open» button on Google Play, or find it on your home screen and tap to open. 

iPhone and iPod touch requires iOS 11.0 or later.

iPad requires iPadOS 11.0 or later.

Mac requires macOS 11.0 or later and a Mac with an Apple M1 chip or later.

Android devices require Android 6.0 or later. 

How to use the WestobaGO mobile app

1. Download the WestobaGOmobile app from the App Store or Google Play. If you're not a member, join Westoba credit union, register for online banking, and set up a secure password. To sign up for online banking, contact Virtual Services at 1-877-WESTOBA or visit your local branch.

2. Launch the Mobile App from your device's home screen (tap the icon). 

3. Click the «Log in» button in the top right corner. 

4. In the «Member card #» field, input your debit card number used for Online Banking access. 

5. For easier access, tap the slider in the «Remember Me» field. Note: Only the Card number and security question answer will be remembered; your PAC will not be saved. Click «Continue.» 

6. In the «Answer» field, enter the answer to your security question. Click «Continue.»

7. In the «PAC» field, enter your Personal Access Code. 

8. Then, click «Log in».

9. Now you may log in with your username and password (PAC) you use for an online banking account.
