The Vision CU Mobile app provides instant and secure access to your finances, so you can do your banking anytime, anywhere. The app is available for iOS and Android devices.

The features of the Vision CU Mobile app include the following:

  • Viewing your account balances and account activity

  • Paying bills, adding, editing, and deleting payees

  • Depositing cheques on the go by taking pictures of them

  • Transferring funds between your accounts 

  • Sending money to other credit union members

  • Sending or receiving Interac e-Transfers and managing recipients

  • Setting up scheduled payments and transfers

  • Checking the latest interest rates

  • Finding branches and ATMs near you

How to download the Vision CU Mobile app?

The Vision CU Mobile app is available on the App Store for iOS 13.0 or later and for macOS 11.0 or later on Mac devices with an Apple M1 chip or later. On Google Play, it is available for Android™ 6.0 or later.

To download the Vision CU Mobile app, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for “Vision Credit Union”. Once you see the app in the search results, tap on its icon, then tap “Get” or “Install” to download it and wait until the installation is complete.

The Vision CU Mobile app has over 1,000 downloads on Google Play. The app hasn’t received sufficient reviews on both platforms, so its rating isn’t displayed there. 

How to use the Vision CU Mobile app?

After installing the Vision CU Mobile app on your smartphone or tablet, sign in to it with your online banking login credentials to start using its features. If you haven’t enrolled in online banking yet, you contact Vision Credit Union and then register an account.

The Vision CU Mobile app is free to download and use. As long as the app uses data, standard mobile data downloading and internet charges may apply. Check the possible charges with your mobile phone provider.

FAQ

How to apply for a loan in the Vision CU Mobile app?

The Vision CU Mobile app doesn’t provide the loan application feature at this time. You can apply for a loan in person at one of the 23 Vision Credit Union branches. 

To stay updated about new feature announcements, check the Visit Credit Union website and mobile app pages from time to time.

How to pay via the Vision CU Mobile app?

To pay a bill through the Vision CU Mobile app, tap “Payments” from the main menu and then tap “Pay bills”. Next, select an account to pay from, tap “Add Payment”, select a payee, enter the payment amount, specify the payment date, and tap “Add Payment”. Then, review the payment details and tap “Continue” to confirm your payment.

How to restore access to the Vision CU Mobile app?

To restore the forgotten password to your digital banking account, tap “Forgot username or password?” and then tap “Forgot password?” on the login screen. Next, enter your username and select the identification method that works best for you — either by email or phone. Once you receive the security code, enter it into the designated field. Then, follow the further on-screen prompts to reset your password.

How to delete the Vision CU Mobile app?

You can delete the Vision CU Mobile app from your device the same way you would normally delete other apps. 

To delete the app from an iOS device, tap and hold your finger down on the Vision CU Mobile app icon and tap “X” in the top right corner. On an Android device, delete an app either from the settings menu or by moving it into the trash can. The deletion methods may vary across Android devices.

Deleting an app won’t result in closing your accounts, plans, and products or deleting the data you’ve shared with Vision Credit Union previously.
