With a Vancity online banking account, you can manage your Vancity products and perform everyday transactions online using a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
Business and non-profit members who manage multiple accounts, with multiple signing authorities and multiple employees who need access to online banking, can also sign up to Online Business Plus.
How to open a Vancity account?
If you are a Vancity member already and want to sign up for Vancity online banking, you should visit a Vancity Community Branch near you or call Vancity Member Services Centre at 604.877.7000 or 1.888.826.2489 (1.888.Vancity). Once you do, Member Services Centre specialists will set up an online banking password for you.
If you are not a Vancity member yet, you will need to become a member first.

How to sign in to a Vancity account?
Once registered, you can log in to your Vancity online banking account from anywhere on the website. Click the “Login to Online Banking” link in the top right corner of the page and sign in using your login credentials —- the last ten digits of your MEMBER CARD® debit card and your online banking password.
If you don’t remember your online banking password or don’t have one year, visit a Vancity branch near you.
