If you have entered your Personal Access Code incorrectly three times, and you're locked out of UCU Online Banking, wait until the next day to log in again.

According to the Direct Services Agreement Terms and conditions, the Agreement may be terminated by either the Financial Institution or you on not less than one business day’s prior written notice. It will not release you from any obligations incurred under this Agreement.
Do I need a phone number to register a Ukrainian Credit Union account?
To open a UCU online banking account, you should be a member. While logging in, you will need your member number and password. The phone number may be needed to verify your identity using the Personal Authentication Answer.
Is my personal data safe with the Ukrainian Credit Union?
UCU Online and The UCU App use 128-bit encryption, which protects your information by scrambling the sent data and decoding it at the host site. 128-bit is generally the highest and most robust level of encryption.
