How to log into my Synergy account
To sign into an online banking account:
Open the Synergy official website and click «Sign in» at the top of the page.
Enter your debit card number or your username.
Enter your password.
Click the «Sign in» button.
How to open an account
To open a Synergy CU online banking account, you should be a Synergy member. Join a Synergy credit union and follow the steps to create a profile:
Open the Synergy official website. Click «Sign in» on the top of the page.
Enter your Member Card debit card number on the sign-in screen. Click «Continue.»
Fill in your date of birth and the mobile phone number or email address associated with your account. Click «Continue.»
Receive an authentication code by text message or email. Enter the code at a pop-up window and click «Continue.»
Input a new username (username cannot be your debit card number).
Create a new password.
Re-enter the password for verification.
Read and acknowledge the direct service agreement and click «Continue.»
Confirm details and tap «Create a user profile.»
A user profile is successfully created. Tap «Proceed to sign in.»
You will be transferred to the sign-in screen. Enter your new username and password.
Requirements
To open an online banking account, you should be a member of a Synergy credit union. To become a member, visit one of the branches, book an appointment online, or fill out an online contact form at the official website.
