To sign in to your MemberDirect® account, click the “Login to Online Banking” button in the right sidebar of any page of the Sydney Credit Union website. On the next screen, enter your member number and access code or PAC.

How do I change my Sydney Credit Union online banking password?

You can change your MemberDirect® password from the “My Profile” section. Make the necessary changes to your profile and save your changes. After that, you can use a newly created password in your future sign-ins.

How do I restore the forgotten password?

To restore the forgotten MemberDirect® password or PAC through the Self-Serve PAC Reset tool, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. On the next screen, enter your member number and either the last 3-digits of your SIN or your date of birth. Be sure to have your phone or email used for 2-Step Verification handy. Once you receive a verification code, enter it into the designated field to confirm your identity.

Alternatively, you can visit a Sydney Credit Union branch near you to get assistance with resetting your PAC.
