You can change the password to your online banking account at any time. To proceed, go to “Profile and Preferences” in the left sidebar menu. Then, enter your current password, enter your new password, and enter the new password again to verify it. 

To restore the forgotten password to your Sunshine Coast online banking account, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page. Next, verify your identity by providing your member number and the last three digits of your social insurance number. Then, follow the further on-screen prompts.

Alternatively, you can call the Sunshine Coast Credit Union Member Service Centre at 604 740 2662 or visit a branch near you to have your password reset.

Sunshine Coast Credit Union doesn’t provide information about deleting your online banking account. You can call their Member Service Centre at 604 740 2662 to clarify this information.

To pay a bill, sign in to your online banking account and click “Payments” in the left sidebar menu. Then, select an account to pay from, select a payee, specify the payment date, and enter the payment amount. Next, click the “Pay bills” button, review the payment details, and click the “Confirm” button to complete your payment.

If you want to set up a recurring bill payment, switch to the “Schedule Recurring Payment” tab.
