Sunrise Credit Union is a financial cooperative established in 2008 as a result of the merger of its five legacy credit unions. Sunrise Credit Union’s history began in 1940, with the foundation of Virden Credit Union. Through 82 years of operation, the credit union has grown into a full-service financial institution with over $1.7 billion in assets. Sunrise Credit Union serves 34,000 members through its 19 branches across Manitoba.
