With the Sunova GO mobile app, you can manage your finances on the go whenever it is convenient for you. The app is available for iOS and Android devices.
The app’s features include the following:
Viewing your account balances and transaction history
Paying bills and managing payees
Transferring funds between your accounts
Making credit card payments
Sending and receiving Interac® e-Transfers
Sending money to other credit union members
Depositing cheques on the go with the “Sunova Snap!” feature
How to download the Sunova GO mobile app
The Sunova GO mobile app is available on the App Store for iOS 12.0 or later and for macOS 11.0 or later on Mac devices with an Apple M1 chip or later. On Google Play, it is available for Android™ 5.0 or later.
To download the Sunova GO mobile app, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store from your device and search for “Sunova GO”. Once you see the app in the search results, tap on its icon and check whether the app developer is Sunova Credit Union. Then, tap “Free” or “Install” to download it and wait until the installation is complete.
The Sunova GO mobile app has over 10,000 downloads on Google Play. The app’s rating on the App Store is just 2.2. On Google Play, the app hasn’t received sufficient reviews yet for the app’s rating to be displayed.
How to use the Sunova GO mobile app
To start using all the Sunova GO mobile app features, you must have a Sunova GO Web online banking account. If you haven’t signed up for Sunova GO Web yet, visit your local Sunova branch to have your account set up.
To sign in to the Sunova GO mobile app, enter your Sunova GO Web member number and password.
The Sunova GO mobile app is free to download and use. Still, beware of standard service charges applied to transactions as well as mobile data downloading and internet charges that may apply. You can clarify the applicable fees with your mobile service provider.
