If you need to add a payee, tap “Manage Payees” from the top menu. On the next screen, tap “Add Payee”. Then, tap “Search by Payee Name” or “Browse by Type” to locate a payee. Once you do, enter your account number for this payee.

If you need to restore the forgotten Personal Access Code (PAC), tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen. Then, enter your MemberCard number and your date of birth and tap “Continue”. On the next screen, select the preferred way to receive a one-time security code — by phone or email. After receiving the code, enter it into the designated field and tap “Continue”. Then, create a new PAC, enter it once again, and tap “Continue”. Once you do, you will see a “Success” confirmation screen.
